Terms, privacy, and acceptable use.
Concise ground rules for LucidTake users.
Purpose
LucidTake supports educational feedback and evaluation workflows. It does not make employment, promotion, credentialing, clinical, or patient-care decisions.
Privacy and access
Evaluation records are visible only to authenticated users whose program role permits access. Fellows can view their own feedback, faculty can view evaluations they author or are assigned, and trusted program administrators can manage program records.
Audio, transcripts, and retention
Recorded audio is sent for transcription and is not retained by LucidTake after processing. Transcripts, faculty-edited feedback, ratings, request metadata, and audit information are stored until a program administrator removes them or a formal retention schedule applies.
No patient information
Do not enter or record patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, contact information, or other identifying patient information. Feedback should remain focused on the learner’s performance.
Assisted drafting
LucidTake may use automated transcription and drafting services to organize recorded feedback. The faculty evaluator remains responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving the final evaluation.
Acceptable use
Use LucidTake only for legitimate educational feedback. Do not share accounts, attempt to access another user’s records, upload harmful or unlawful material, or use the service to harass, discriminate, or misrepresent another person.
Service availability
LucidTake may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Users should contact the program administrator promptly if information appears incorrect or access should be removed.
